## What is ImproveThing?

ImproveThing is a habit-tracking app in development for people who want to make room for small, repeatable actions in their daily lives. Examples include drinking water, reading a few pages, moving a little, taking a breath, and spending time with others.

- Choose personal goals and turn them into small habits.
- Track time, repetitions, or a simple yes.
- See a colorful habit history, daily and weekly balance, and a silhouette that fills with progress.
- Meet playful companions: Pip for movement, Sip for water, Paige for reading, Lumi for meditation, and Huddle for time together.
- Check in on iPhone or Apple Watch and plan at your Mac.

## Can I download ImproveThing now?

Not yet. The first release is in development. There is no announced release date or public download link. Join the [early-access waiting list](https://improvething.com/#early-access) for updates.

## Do I have to track everything?

No. Pick the goals and habits you want to make time for. Start with one or a few and adjust your routine as you go.

## Pricing and trial

A seven-day trial followed by a subscription is planned. Final pricing and trial terms will be shared before launch. Joining the waiting list does not create an app account, start a trial, or charge you.

## What about Android?

The first release focuses on Apple devices. Android is a longer-term direction with no announced release date.
